Don't forget to print out a few printable patriotic games for your Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Celebration Parties. They are not very expensive so even if you don't end up using them this time, you will have unlimited printouts for 90 days which takes you way past Labor Day.
We love to have these games on hand just in case … just in case it rains, just in case the little kids (or the big kids) get antsy, just in case your party extends well into the evening after the sun goes down and the lawn games get put away. Printable games are also a perfect evening activity when camping since they are light weight and easy to transport. Consider printing on recycled paper. Additionally, if you are looking for classroom activities for a patriotic school party, these are both educational and fun.
All six of these printable patriotic games will keep your guests guessing and laughing plus you can personalize all of them.

Celebrate Summer Party Invitations
We love summer! The days are warm, the nights are long and it is a perfect opportunity to gather friends and family together to party and create lasting memories. It all begins with a simple invitation. As you well know, PartyIdeaPros.com believes invitations are essential to a successful party. Yes, a quick phone call, email, or text message gets the job done but a mailed invitation actually sets the tone and creates excitement for your party. Our very informal non-scientific poll indicates that 82% of Americans actually hang their invitations on their refrigerator, ensuring your guest will glance at your invitation at least a dozen times each day. We fell in love with this great lobster party supply bundle that includes Oval Melamine Plates, (4) Butter Dipping Bowls and (1) Pack of 20 Napkins. Not surprisingly we now felt compelled to create an entire summer party around these festive products that could work perfectly for a Father's Day celebration, a 4th of July Party, or as an excuse to gather your friends and family together for no reason at all.
Most Importantly, The Lobster
Since it is summer, do not, we repeat do not fire up your stove and slave for hours trying to create the perfect 3-4 course lobster fest. It is just too hot outside and truthfully, not worth your time and effort. Especially, since there is a terrific alternative that even if you slave for hours in the kitchen, will taste better than anything you can pull together yourself. Instead simplify your life by ordering the lobster and all the fixings from Lobster Anywhere. They will deliver everything from the lobsters and the lobster pot to the shell crackers, seafood forks, and lobster bibs. Now add some chowder and crab cakes or sea scallops wrapped in bacon for appetizers and finish off with yummy key lime pie for dessert. One stop shop with overnight delivery to ensure everything is as fresh as possible. Continue Reading →

Iced Tea Cocktails
Looking for the newest craze in signature cocktails? Think Iced Tea Cocktails! Tea cocktails are innovative, refreshing, and healthier than other high-caloric options. Best yet, tea cocktails, one of life’s simplest pleasures, are not only easy to prepare, they are sure to delight family and friends. They work equally well served at a barbeque, poolside, ladies night in, dinner party, or even fundraising gala.
The White Tea Smash created by Kevin Burke of Colt & Gray is seriously amazing. (See recipe below.) This tea tonic uses fresh herbs, lemon, honey, vodka, and Teatulia White Tea. Another one of our favorite drinks is the Green Tea Mint Julep. (See recipe below.) The Green Tea Mint Julep contains Teatulia Green Tea, whiskey, simple syrup, lemon, and mint. It is the perfect drink for a hot summer night or your next A Day at the Races – Horse Racing Theme Party.

Have you walked outside lately? We spent a week in New York recently and it was so hot and humid we could barely walk around the block. We headed down to the beach but got bitten alive by biting flies. All I wanted to do at that time was to jump in a cool clean pool and ever since I have been obsessed with the idea of hosting a pool party. And now that we are home, we have begun planning just such a party for late August, a celebration of family and friends and our last chance for some summer fun before the kids go back to school.
Step one – choosing our pool party invitation. We truly believe that choosing an invitation is the equivalent of choosing the title of a paper … it sets the tone for the entire party! A great invitation — even before the party begins creates a sense of anticipation, especially in children. Think of all the time your own child spends looking at those invitations on your refrigerator. We are featuring just a few of our favorites from Zazzle, and if you order quickly you can still take advantage of their Christmas in July sale and save up to 65% off all invitations! Even if you missed this sale keep your eye out for the banner that runs across the top of the page – and be sure to click it to save!
As we proceed with the plans, we will continue to update you on all the other details for our pool party including party favors, party decor, and even food and drink ideas.
