Our partners over at Gaiam posted this cute 10 Days of Yoga graphic to Facebook today and we had to share since we have so many visitors interested in both our Yoga Party ideas and our Gingerbread Delights party package.

Today's PIP's Tip – The holiday season can be stressful.  Remember to exercise, eat healthy (avoid sugars as much as possible), drink plenty of water, and take a deep breath whenever you feel yourself starting to stress or spin out of control. Yoga really does help!
