Sparkling Nights theme but change the colors to blue, silver, and white, and modify the centerpieces a bit by substituting white snowflake floating candles for the regular floaters and add lots of frosted glass snowflake tea lights holders on each table. Instead of bear grass use white or silver decorative tree branches and then hang some beaded snowflake ornaments from the branches (don’t worry, they don’t look like Christmas ornaments).

Serve at least one of your appetizers – maybe asian noodles – in snowflake takeout boxes (they come with chocolates so just take apart the party favor and re-use the chocolates in one of the favor boxes or scatter on the tables). Serve another appetizer in snowflake theme baking cups
